About This Role
- Maintain and develop reliability, scalability, and performance of services delivered to enterprise customers.
- Investigate and remediate customer performance issues while driving improvements in system design and automation.
- Collaborate with customer-facing and engineering teams to monitor services, reproduce issues, and prioritize service-impacting problems.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting and triage of technical issues in a fast-paced customer support environment.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Network Operations or Product Support.
- Strong programming skills in Python and advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, IPSEC, VPN, NAT, Routing Protocols, AAA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large complex systems with a focus on reliability and operational improvements through automation.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and delivering results with attention to quality and detail.
- Familiar with data analytics tools such as Splunk or Kibana and has experience in customer liaison roles and engineering collaboration.
