About This Role
- Own automated quality assurance for Smart Water product including customer-facing portal, backend services, and data ingestion pipeline.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end automated regression and data-validation test suites integrated into Azure DevOps CI pipeline.
- Replace manual QA processes with reliable, scripted tests to prevent data integrity defects and ensure correct calculations for cost, usage, loss, and occupancy.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of software QA experience with strong emphasis on test automation.
- Proven ability to write and maintain automated UI (e.g., Selenium/Playwright/Cypress) and REST API tests.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation in MSSQL and experience integrating tests into CI/CD workflows like Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) and demonstrated use of AI coding agents in daily development.

- Automation-first QA engineer who writes code/scripts for test coverage and minimizes manual test execution.
- Experienced in end-to-end testing involving UI, API, and automated data integrity checks in complex data pipelines.
- Collaborates closely with developers to reproduce issues, add regression tests, and confirm fixes within a fast-moving pod environment.
