About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable test automation frameworks and automated test suites using Selenium with Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Automate functional, regression, integration, and API testing, integrating these tests within GitLab CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Manual Testers, Product Managers, DevOps) to define testing strategies and track automation coverage, defects, and quality metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, and Test Automation.
- 4+ years of experience with Selenium and automation development in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- 3+ years experience with functional, regression, API, and integration test automation.
- 2+ years experience integrating automated tests with GitLab or other CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and maintaining reusable and scalable test automation frameworks in enterprise environments.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple roles including developers and product managers to align automation with testing strategies.
- Proficient in integrating automation within CI/CD pipelines and leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools to boost automation development productivity.
