About This Role
- Lead and grow the SRE team, owning reliability strategy across AWS, GCP, EKS, and GKE platforms.
- Own Incident and Problem Management, acting as senior escalation and incident commander during critical incidents.
- Drive automation and observability strategies, including Python tooling, Terraform infrastructure-as-code, Grafana dashboards, and monitoring across multiple regions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, or related disciplines with team leadership experience.
- Onsite position in Bangalore, India requiring candidates to be within commutable distance; no relocation assistance provided.
- AWS Professional Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent Kubernetes certification mandatory.
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS infrastructure, EKS, GKE, Python automation, Terraform, and Incident and Problem Management processes.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor high-performing technical teams focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
