About This Role
- Develop and maintain analytics solutions including dashboards, reports, and data pipelines to support Canada Operations.
- Deliver actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders including senior leaders to improve operational and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with business partners throughout the analytics lifecycle to align outputs with evolving priorities and support new analytics initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred for senior-level responsibilities.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, data modeling, data pipelines, and cloud technologies (Azure, Databricks).
- Experience working with large raw datasets and creating interactive dashboards; financial services sector experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced in independently managing end-to-end analytics projects with minimal documentation and instruction.
- Skilled at translating complex business needs into technical data requirements and delivering clear visual presentations to senior leadership.
- Comfortable working in a challenging environment with multiple priorities and collaborating across teams to validate and implement analytics solutions.
