About This Role
- Lead and manage a team providing senior-level technical leadership and architecture services across platforms, focusing on Appian platform development and integration.
- Oversee secure API integration and enterprise workflow/business process management solutions ensuring alignment with user and enterprise goals.
- Establish and govern software documentation standards and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance system architecture and application performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role focused on application engineering.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Appian platform development, architecture, and implementation; experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Appian certification(s) such as Lead Developer, Senior Developer, or Architect and AWS certification(s).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader skilled in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Proven ability to deliver complex enterprise technology solutions and influence technical and business decisions across organizations.
- Domain experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, FinTech, or regulated industries with exposure to business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
