About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of iOS/iPadOS mobile projects across the full software development lifecycle within agile teams.
- Own and define iOS/iPadOS architecture, coding standards, performance, and user experience, ensuring secure, high-quality code and seamless backend integrations.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and oversee production health including crash resolution, performance tuning, and app store releases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with advanced proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, Swift Concurrency, and working knowledge of Objective-C and Android development.
- Experience leading mobile teams or workstreams, including use and validation of AI-assisted development tools for secure, performant code.
- Strong mobile security knowledge, including encryption, biometrics, authentication, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated track record in leading mobile engineering teams and delivering maintainable high-quality banking or regulated mobile applications.
- Experience coaching and establishing best practices around enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development with focus on security and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams with financial services domain knowledge and practical cloud-native experience.
