About This Role
- Design, develop, configure, customize, test, deploy, and support NICE Actimize SAM solutions for AML transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines for high-volume AML transaction monitoring within Actimize SAM platform.
- Support platform upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, automation, and resolve complex production issues ensuring system stability and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years software engineering or enterprise application development experience, including significant hands-on NICE Actimize SAM experience.
- Strong proficiency in Actimize SAM development, including AIS, scenario execution, data processing, and production support.
- Proficient in SQL and programming (Java, Python or similar), experience with relational databases, ETL, APIs, and enterprise application integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep hands-on expertise in Actimize SAM platform including scenario development, architecture, and data model knowledge.
- Experience delivering scalable, secure, AML transaction monitoring systems processing large transaction volumes, with familiarity of AML regulatory frameworks (BSA/AML, KYC, CDD).
- Experienced collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Risk, Architecture) in Agile environments to translate AML requirements into technical solutions and platform modernization.
