About This Role
- Design, build, deploy, and scale AI-powered applications, agents, and intelligent automations addressing diverse business problems.
- Own end-to-end AI initiative delivery from prototyping through production, including monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Define technical strategy and architecture for AI solutions, ensuring security, explainability, and compliance, while mentoring junior developers and engaging business and IT stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–13 years of overall software/solution development experience with strong hands-on AI application and automation development.
- Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and secure integration of AI agents with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation/orchestration platforms.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) concepts relevant to AI enhancement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading AI technical strategy and architecture decisions for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Proficient in integrating AI within business workflows and diverse enterprise platforms such as HR systems, ITSM, and IAM.
- Skilled at stakeholder engagement across technical and business groups, mentoring teams, and navigating secure AI adoption and compliance frameworks.
