About This Role
- Lead governance and operational management of strategic SAP opportunities from qualification through booking, coordinating cross-functional teams including sales, solution architects, finance, legal, procurement, and delivery.
- Drive execution for large, multi-region, multi-workstream SAP engagements with a focus on reducing risk, improving cycle times, and increasing win rates.
- Develop and maintain governance processes, executive reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement frameworks to scale SAP program operations effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, PMO, operations, consulting, or complex deal management.
- Experience managing large enterprise technology programs or strategic customer engagements.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without direct authority.

- Experienced in handling complex, large-scale SAP or ERP transformation programs involving multi-disciplinary, multinational teams.
- Skilled in operationalizing governance, driving cross-functional alignment, and managing program risks in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
- Capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously with strategic oversight of sales-to-delivery lifecycle.
