About This Role
- Lead multiple cross-functional engineering teams delivering business-critical technology solutions within Benefits & Protection IT platform.
- Drive delivery governance, planning, prioritization, risk mitigation, and ensure predictable outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Oversee engineering leadership including technology strategy, modernization initiatives, AI adoption, engineering efficiency metrics, and talent development activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 10-14 years of technology industry experience with progressive responsibilities in software engineering, delivery, or engineering management.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience leading engineering teams.
- Experience leading multiple Agile delivery teams in a complex enterprise environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large, geographically distributed engineering teams within complex enterprise environments.
- Operates as an engineering leader and technology strategist integrating AI, automation, and engineering insights to improve delivery outcomes.
- Proficient in Agile, Lean, DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, and Developer Experience principles, with strong data-driven decision making orientation.
