About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and LLM-driven solutions to automate and enhance SAP S/4HANA business processes with minimal human interaction.
- Develop SAP Joule extensions and conversational interfaces for natural language interaction with SAP data and transactions.
- Integrate foundation models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) using SAP Generative AI Hub, managing prompt engineering, model routing, and agent orchestration adhering to AI governance and Clean Core principles.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in Generative AI application development and/or agentic AI architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) and building agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or SAP-native orchestration.
- Working knowledge of SAP BTP AI services, SAP S/4HANA architecture, and at least one functional domain such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Order-to-Cash.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced AI engineer with deep expertise in generative AI and agentic architectures specific to SAP ecosystems.
- Strong operability in developing multi-agent architectures compliant with MCP and A2A protocols, enabling seamless communication across platforms.
- Capable of translating business requirements into AI-augmented workflows while ensuring AI safety, governance, and responsible implementation within SAP environments.
