About This Role
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable backend services and internal tools replacing enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Own full lifecycle of applications including infrastructure provisioning, deployment, scaling, monitoring, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Mentor new graduates and junior engineers on architecture, code quality, security, and AI-assisted development.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience building production-grade full-stack applications with technologies like Python, Node.js, Go, React, and databases.
- Strong backend architecture, distributed systems design, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) expertise.
- Experience hosting and scaling internal apps from scratch, including building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Architect-level engineer comfortable owning greenfield projects with direct business impact from replacing SaaS vendors.
- Experienced with AI development tools and integrating AI into software delivery workflows for productivity and code quality.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and lead junior engineers through mentoring and code quality standards.
