About This Role
- Manage and lead multi-functional engineering programs focused on firmware/software and security for HPC products.
- Own firmware/software build, publishing, and release processes to meet development schedules and product roadmaps.
- Coordinate security requirements and processes to enhance security posture of HPC firmware/software deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years experience in program management of embedded software, firmware, or security programs.
- Agile Scrum experience required.
- Experience with High Performance Computing projects and requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs involving firmware and software in HPC environments.
- Strong operational leadership with track record of driving release and build processes and security integrations.
- Skilled at coordinating with multiple stakeholders and leading matrixed teams to deliver on schedule and within scope.
