About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality assurance strategy and release readiness for SonicOS firewall operating system across major deployments and patches.
- Lead technical quality reviews, define comprehensive test strategies including functional, performance, security, and failover testing for firewall network features.
- Drive automation vision, CI/CD integration, test infrastructure stability, and lead quality metrics tracking with cross-functional stakeholder influence.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of technical experience with at least 2+ years in management or leadership roles.
- Strong background in testing firewall or network security products with deep understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VPN, HA, IPS/DPI).
- Experience managing and scaling geographically distributed QA teams and driving automation strategy in CI/CD environments.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years total technical experience; 2+ years leadership experience.
