About This Role
- Act as financial advisor for Finance Data Innovation team’s overall budget, leading financial reporting and expense management.
- Lead accounting, forecasting budgets, variance analysis, and provide day-to-day financial consultation to SVP and leadership.
- Create complex financial models, standardize financial data pulls, and communicate financial performance and projections to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in finance, financial analysis, or business planning.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with Hyperion, Oracle, Workday, BPMS financial systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools; experience in financial reporting and variance analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing budgets and financial reporting within a Finance Strategy and Transformation environment.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including finance leaders, HR, and procurement to align financial impacts with organizational goals.
- Skilled in building complex data models and communicating financial insights effectively to senior leadership.
