About This Role
- Develop innovative, user-centered product design solutions that transform global work experiences.
- Drive user experience design from concept through delivery, based on deep understanding of user needs and design principles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to champion design approaches, reconcile stakeholder feedback, and mentor team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant product or user experience design experience.
- Experience participating in the full product development lifecycle for web and/or software applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end human-centered design grounded in research data.
- Proficiency with design tools to create high-fidelity, consistent, usable, and accessible design solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Someone experienced integrating or critically assessing AI technologies in design workflows or product features.
- Demonstrates ability to build trusting relationships via clear and open communication within cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in diverse design domains including design systems, interaction, visual, content, or product design.
