About This Role
- Lead product strategy and development lifecycle for fraud-related digital products, ensuring alignment with business vision and efficient on-time delivery.
- Analyze and interpret complex fraud and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, driving evidence-based product and operational decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across UK and India to improve fraud strategies, customer journeys, and governance, producing materials for senior decision-makers.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience working as a Product Owner or in product management roles with Agile and JIRA tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis from complex datasets.
- Strong analytical skills including statistical techniques relevant to fraud detection and management.
- Location Requirement: Role based out of Gurugram.

- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders across operations, technology, risk, compliance, and customer experience domains.
- Skilled in translating data insights into strategic initiatives that improve customer outcomes and fraud risk management.
- Comfortable working within regulated environments with knowledge of risk, control, governance, and Consumer Duty requirements.
