About This Role
- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution design and delivery across EAME markets, translating business requirements into functional specifications and system configuration.
- Lead user acceptance testing, training delivery, change management, and post-deployment support to ensure adoption and operational excellence.
- Manage enhancement backlog and sprint prioritization, collaborating with cross-regional and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a Salesforce functional role with hands-on configuration expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- College or university degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience with CPQ/Revenue Cloud exposure and Salesforce automation tools like Flow.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong stakeholder management skills demonstrated through coordinating UAT and change management activities.
- Proficient in Salesforce declarative automation, data modeling, and reporting to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions.
- Experience working across multiple regions (Europe, Middle East, Africa) in cross-functional teams, indicating ability to manage diverse stakeholder requirements.
