About This Role
- Own the full stack development including frontends (web/mobile) and backend services following 12-factor principles.
- Lead design and architecture input, coach junior team members, and establish CI/CD pipelines and Agile practices.
- Support software products in user environments and actively participate in team decision-making, retrospectives, and iteration planning.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience, including automation of software lifecycle and CI/CD.
- 6+ years experience developing scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka.
- Proven experience in architecting and delivering large-scale distributed cloud-native applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile and eXtreme Programming (XP) with strong Test-Driven Development skills using JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber or similar.
- Expertise in microservices architecture, distributed systems, asynchronous messaging, and API lifecycle management.
- Ability to provide technical leadership on a technology stack and hands-on coaching to junior engineers.
