About This Role
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder approval processes.
- Own test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage production issues and support implementation and testing cycles including UAT and regression testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience including minimum 2 years in implementation, development, or quality assurance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech or ME/MTech) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), UML, and test case design including maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrix.
- Experience in project leadership and customer-facing roles with strong communication and presentation skills.

- Experienced in business analysis supporting enterprise applications in fast-paced, collaborative environments with strong testing and QA background.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end project deliverables, balancing technical and stakeholder communication effectively.
- Comfortable applying AI tools across QA lifecycle and solving production issues with strategic problem-solving approach.
