About This Role
- Interact with clients to understand and document business requirements and challenges, translating them for internal teams.
- Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and timelines among clients, product, technology, and operations teams.
- Prepare reports, process documents, presentations and support client onboarding, product demos, and user training.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Work Experience Required: Fresh graduates encouraged; no explicit prior experience required.

- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines while coordinating among diverse stakeholders.
- Able to translate complex business processes into clear, structured requirements.
- Experience or interest in Business Analysis, SaaS, client-facing roles, or operations preferred but not mandatory.
