About This Role
- Define and execute long-term architecture for a global AWS cloud platform ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Lead enterprise-wide observability, CI/CD pipeline improvements, Kubernetes efficiency, and infrastructure security integrating strict healthcare compliance.
- Serve as technical escalation authority for infrastructure failures and mentor senior engineers while aligning engineering efforts with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related IT-focused discipline required.
- 8+ years in cloud engineering or DevOps roles; 13–15+ years in SRE, Cloud Architecture, or DevOps Platform Engineering with enterprise cloud scale experience.
- Expertise in AWS ecosystem including EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, and advanced networking features.
- Proficient in Kubernetes production-scale environments, Datadog telemetry, Terraform/Terragrunt, and programming in Python, Go, or Bash.

- Senior technical leader with demonstrated experience in architecting and scaling enterprise cloud platforms in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Strategic thinker and executor with ability to influence executive leadership and drive organization-wide technical standards and culture.
- Proven skills in managing complex cloud infrastructure including security compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2), developer velocity enhancements, and system resilience engineering.
