About This Role
- Lead and deliver multiple data warehouse and business intelligence projects for clients, ensuring on-time and high-quality outputs.
- Design and implement scalable data architectures, ETL/ELT workflows, and BI reporting solutions with hands-on involvement.
- Manage and mentor teams of data engineers and BI developers while collaborating with client stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in data warehousing, BI, or analytics with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's also accepted).
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Azure Fabric/Synapse, Databricks, SQL Server, Power BI, and strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT tools like ADF, SSIS, AWS Glue, Matillion, Informatica, or Python.
- Work location mandatory in Hyderabad or Chennai; shift timing 3 PM to 12 AM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader who can manage multiple concurrent client projects with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Technically proficient in cloud-based data and analytics platforms, especially on Azure/AWS and associated services.
- Background or familiarity with the banking or financial services domain is a significant advantage.
