About This Role
- Own the resource assignment and scheduling process across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with planned effort and monitoring availability and over-allocation.
- Assist the PMO Director with monitoring time entry compliance in ServiceNow, including reviewing accuracy and routing corrections through Project Managers and resource managers.
- Support Project Managers by assisting with project plans, WBS structures, task records, RIDAC logs, change order documentation, reporting, and meeting materials under their direction.
