About This Role
- Own operational excellence in Google’s HR service delivery, meeting and exceeding assigned service goals.
- Resolve complex and sensitive user issues through collaboration with vendors, global and regional process owners.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR, operations, process improvement, or relevant field.
- 5 years experience in process issue identification, solution creation, and working with cross-functional teams.
- 5 years experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
