About This Role
- Lead and oversee the entire Equity Swaps operational lifecycle, including trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, and treasury funding.
- Maintain operational risk and control environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and resolution of operational exceptions within timelines.
- Develop and improve the Equity Swaps operating model; collaborate with Front Office, Technology, Treasury, Finance, and other stakeholders to support growth and deliver scalable operational solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Operations, Middle Office, Prime Services, Equity Derivatives, or related areas.
- Strong expertise in Equity Swaps, Total Return Swaps, and synthetic financing products with knowledge across key lifecycle functions such as trade processing, settlements, margin, and cash management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Work location in Mumbai or Bangalore with shift timings from 7pm to 4am IST; 4 days work from office required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with proven people management skills in Equity Swaps and Hedge Operations within Prime Services or similar environments.
- Strong risk management mindset with capability to drive process improvements and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Hands-on knowledge of front-to-back swap processes and familiarity with systems like NUVO, TRAIANA, DUCO preferred; experience supporting new product launches and operating model transformations.
