About This Role
- Lead and oversee the entire Equity Swaps operational lifecycle including trade processing, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, cash and collateral movements, stock borrowing/lending, and treasury funding.
- Maintain strong operational risk and control environment by identifying risks, implementing controls, tracking KPIs/KRIs, supporting regulatory audits, and resolving control issues.
- Drive operating model development, process improvements and automation initiatives, partnering with Front Office, Technology, Risk, Treasury, Finance and other stakeholders to support business growth and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years relevant experience in Financial Services Operations, Middle Office, Prime Services, Equity Derivatives, or related area.
- Strong knowledge of Equity Swaps, Total Return Swaps, synthetic financing products, and lifecycle functions including trade processing, resets, corporate actions, settlements, reconciliations, margin and cash management.
- Previous experience managing or supervising an Operations/Middle Office team.
- Must work 7pm to 4am IST shift, location Mumbai or Bangalore.

- Proven ability to manage operational risk, controls, audits, and regulatory requirements in a scalable, global, multi-product environment.
- Collaborative stakeholder manager skilled at partnering with Front Office, Technology, Risk, Treasury and Finance for process improvements and business growth.
