About This Role
- Lead quality engineering and AI testing initiatives for reliable, scalable, and secure software on cloud platforms.
- Own test strategy and validation for Anthropic Claude integrated AI features including large language model outputs and integration coverage.
- Build and maintain automated test suites and continuous integration frameworks focusing on AI output evaluation, performance, and security testing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
- 5-7 years experience in software quality engineering with expertise in testing Java-based backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of AI testing methodologies including large language model validation, prompt injection testing, and AI security assessments.
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in AI-driven quality engineering with hands-on testing of Anthropic Claude or similar large language model features.
- Capable of defining and executing comprehensive AI testing strategies including semantic evaluation, hallucination detection, and non-deterministic output validation.
- Skilled in integrating AI testing practices into CI/CD pipelines and mentoring team members on advanced AI quality practices.
