About This Role
- Own and execute long-term technical strategies aligning engineering efforts with business and customer outcomes.
- Lead design and delivery of large-scale, mission-critical software systems spanning multiple teams and technologies.
- Drive architectural decisions, mentor engineering teams, and foster cross-functional alignment and engineering excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex, large-scale initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server internals, performance, HA/DR architecture.
- Proficient in Java, Scala, C#, C++, or Python with strong skills in scalable APIs, microservices, distributed systems, databases, and cloud-native technologies.
