About This Role
- Manage and support Windows server and virtualized infrastructure including incident resolution, patching, and monitoring in production and non-production environments.
- Handle core services administration such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, and remote access with a focus on operational stability and security compliance.
- Support cloud operations primarily in Azure including VM provisioning, networking, backup, and monitoring, while coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth incident and change management.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Windows/infrastructure operations with hands-on expertise in server support, monitoring, patching, AD, IIS, and incident handling.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Proficient in Windows Server administration (2012 to 2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, and Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy for incident and change management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced L2 engineer with operational focus on production environment support, capable of first-level incident resolution and routine administration tasks.
- Strong exposure to Azure cloud platform combined with solid understanding of Windows server infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
- Skilled in documentation, compliance adherence, and coordinating with security, application, database, and network teams for integrated infrastructure management.
