About This Role
- Configure, develop, test, integrate, and support OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors platform solutions under established technical guidance.
- Maintain and enhance Business Workspaces, document types, metadata, permissions, workflows, and automation within the OpenText Content Server environment.
- Investigate incidents, support deployments, collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability, security, and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in enterprise content management or enterprise application engineering, preferably with OpenText xECM or Content Server.
- Experience or exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integrations is desirable but not mandatory.
- Working knowledge of configuring Business Workspaces, document management components, and automation tools like WebReports, LiveReports, workflows in OpenText Content Server.
- Work Experience Required: At least 3+ years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Practitioner with hands-on experience or working knowledge of OpenText xECM/Content Server and related document management concepts.
- Able to follow established coding, configuration standards and work under technical guidance in a team with senior engineers.
- Familiarity or interest in Enterprise integrations, especially SAP SuccessFactors, REST APIs, and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
