About This Role
- Design and drive end-to-end Salesforce DevOps pipelines to enhance release frequency and maintain system stability across environments.
- Implement and maintain Git-based automated build and deployment workflows including metadata migration, test execution, and environment synchronization.
- Monitor deployment pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure predictable, secure, and compliant release cycles within a hybrid day shift model.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in DevOps engineering focusing on Salesforce environments.
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows, Salesforce DevOps tooling, CI/CD concepts, and release management platforms (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Must be available for Kochi location; Immediate joiners to 90 days notice period.
- Work Experience Required: 6 to 10 years in relevant Salesforce DevOps roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in configuring scalable and secure Salesforce DevOps pipelines with strong automation and scripting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid on-site/remote day shift team environment collaborating broadly with Salesforce admins, developers, and QA.
- Familiarity with finance and accounting process domains is an advantage for aligning release impact with business needs.
