About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable internal developer platforms with automation for cloud-native applications on Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Standardize and automate CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning (Terraform, Helm, Ansible), and GitOps deployment for improved developer experience and platform reliability.
- Implement platform security measures, observability, and DevSecOps integrations while collaborating across teams to establish reusable platform standards and solve operational issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure automation, or cloud-native application delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Azure DevOps pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm), and GitOps practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Remote work: Not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with designing and operating large-scale developer platforms with strong ownership of infrastructure automation and platform reliability.
- Skilled in integrating security (DevSecOps), compliance, and observability into platform operations across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently and guiding engineering teams on platform best practices, standards, and automation improvements.
