About This Role
- Configure, maintain, and develop the Planon IWMS platform including modules, workflows, and user roles.
- Manage real estate and facility management processes such as space management, lease and contract management, maintenance, and work orders.
- Build and support integrations with systems like ERP, HR, CAD/BIM, BMS & IoT, and deliver operational support including incident management and system upgrades.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer with IWMS / Planon expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Planon platform configuration, administration, and integrations.
- Experience with real estate and facility management processes (space, lease, maintenance, assets).
- Working knowledge of integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML), SQL reporting, and cloud/SaaS operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Mid-level professional with solid experience in Planon ProCenter and Cloud, including workflow and API integrations, aiming to grow into a senior engineer role.
- Experienced in managing real estate/facility processes and supporting BMS/IoT building integrations relevant to retail multi-site environments.
- Comfortable working in both project delivery and operational support contexts, engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
