About This Role
- Design and develop scalable automation solutions using RPA tools like UiPath, including integration technologies, auditability, and exception management.
- Manage full lifecycle of automation projects: build, test, deploy, support, and user acceptance testing facilitation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to define requirements, present solutions, provide level 3 support, and influence agile project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience designing and implementing RPA and automation solutions with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Knowledge of database concepts, multiple programming languages, data mapping and transformation, and business rule understanding.
- Experience in application development, quality assurance, automation teams, and agile project delivery.
- Location: Hyderabad; Shift Timings: 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently deliver complex RPA solutions and operate with minimal senior escalation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with presence and confidence presenting to senior leaders.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and applying both waterfall and agile methodologies in automation projects.
