About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain automation suites for UI, API, and regression testing including functional, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to understand configuration-driven applications and identify test coverage gaps, proposing innovative test scenarios.
- Drive root cause analysis for defects, participate in performance testing and reporting, and mentor junior QA engineers while improving QA processes and frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in software testing and automation.
- Work location: Bangalore, India.
- Skills in UI, API, automated regression testing, performance testing, and applying chaos engineering principles.
- Experience with AI-driven smart QA approaches and framework development.

- Experienced in handling complex, configuration-driven applications with multiple dependencies and logic flows.
- Capable of strategic QA thinking including root cause analysis, test coverage innovation, and applying chaos engineering for system robustness.
