About This Role
- Own and develop the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) based on Planon, covering platform architecture, configuration, and roadmap.
- Lead integration of real estate, facilities, building systems (BMS), and IoT data to optimize operations, automate workflows, and enhance reporting.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support, manage releases and upgrades, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to IWMS.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience as Systems Engineer with substantial hands-on experience in IWMS and Planon (ProCenter, Cloud, Connect).
- Strong knowledge of real estate and facility management processes (space, lease, maintenance, assets, service requests).
- Experience with BMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, OPC UA), IoT sensors/platforms, and API integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, SFTP).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in Planon platform ownership including configuration, workflows, and integrations in a multi-site environment.
- Ability to translate real estate and facility management business needs into technical solutions and lead technical workstreams.
- Experience with retail or multi-site portfolios, including distribution centers, plus familiarity with ERP (SAP) and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI).
