About This Role
- Own the entire product lifecycle for a product area, including strategy, roadmap, design, launch, iteration, and stakeholder alignment.
- Define and track success metrics, including North Star metrics, perform root cause analysis of product performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams; prioritize backlog; and mentor junior product managers.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience with at least one product launched and scaled.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase, or Looker.
- Strong experience defining and using product metrics, including North Star metrics, for decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strategic thinker capable of building multi-quarter product roadmaps and sizing opportunities using data and market context.
- Analytical problem solver skilled in root cause analysis and separating signal from noise in ambiguous situations.
- Experienced in collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams, including mentoring junior PMs; fintech or lending product experience is a plus.
