About This Role
- Lead global Project Accounting, Master Data Management, and Billing operations for ERM’s Global Delivery Centre to ensure accurate project setup and billing.
- Drive operational excellence and improve working capital performance by managing timely invoicing, WIP management, billing resolution, and financial compliance.
- Build and manage a high-performing delivery team, while acting as escalation point for complex billing and project accounting issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 8-12 years experience in Project Accounting, Billing, Order-to-Cash, or Finance Operations within a professional services environment.
- Experience leading and developing teams in shared services, global delivery, or finance operations setting.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, billing processes, revenue controls, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Proven capability managing cross-geography stakeholder relationships and driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
