About This Role
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with finance and digital strategies for digital finance products.
- Translate finance stakeholder needs into prioritized product backlogs and actionable requirements for technology and business teams.
- Manage full product lifecycle, monitor adoption and performance, and partner with agile teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 7-10 years of total work experience.
- At least 5 years in business, finance, technology, or analytical roles.
- Experience with agile product delivery and working on enterprise business systems or analytics solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience bridging finance and technology functions, especially in digital finance, FP&A, or controllership domains.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, measurable product requirements.
- Comfortable working in agile environments with backlog management, user stories, and release coordination.
