About This Role
- Own end-to-end financial management and control of IS project portfolios including budget development, forecasting, expenditure monitoring, and reporting.
- Manage procurement lifecycle activities including purchase orders, vendor invoice validation, and contract administration to ensure financial and operational alignment.
- Support PMO activities including governance enforcement, portfolio reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and preparation of executive presentations to maintain project and portfolio health.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 12 years of experience in IT/IS projects in roles involving financial analysis, project controls, project coordination/management, or PMO support.
- Must be able to work 5 days onsite in Hyderabad covering US hours.
- Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel, SAP, Ariba, Annaplan, Smartsheet, Power BI (preferred), and project portfolio management tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale IT project financials with strong grasp of CapEx/OpEx and investment lifecycle management in enterprise environments.
- Skilled at cross-functional stakeholder engagement bridging Finance, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Technology leadership for accurate forecasting and budget discipline.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, governance-heavy PMO setting supporting complex technology portfolios involving Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
