About This Role
- Design, develop, train, and deploy AI and machine learning models to automate and optimize customer service workflows.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and integrate AI solutions with platforms such as RPA tools, CRM systems, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and monitor model performance to continually improve solution accuracy and outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience developing and deploying AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions professionally.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), including prompt design, structured information extraction, and validation of AI outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience integrating AI solutions via APIs and working with both structured and unstructured data fits operational needs.
- Candidate with prior exposure to intelligent automation platforms or ERP/CRM systems (especially SAP) will have an advantage.
- Someone who can translate complex AI problems into scalable solutions aligned with global shared services customer operations.
