About This Role
- Oversee day-to-day project activities ensuring production objectives, budgets, and KPIs are met.
- Manage client relationships, act as primary escalation point, and lead continuous improvement initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
- Lead budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, financial reviews, risk mitigation, and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in the localization/translation industry.
- Proficiency in CAT tools such as TRADOS and publishing tools (InDesign/FrameMaker).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant field. PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced in client service, account management, and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in project financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reviews.
- Capable of handling escalations, root cause analysis, and driving process improvements to enhance quality and profitability.
