About This Role
- Manage end-to-end project delivery and service implementation of MPLS services in Enterprise Network B2B segment.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with signed scopes of work.
- Engage with customers to resolve dependencies, provide status updates, and maximize revenue through faster project deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Routing, Switching, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in B.E/B.Tech/BCA/BSc(IT)/MCA/MSc(IT) or equivalent.
- Active CCNA or CCNP certification with hands-on SD-WAN experience.
- Experience working in Network B2B Projects at L1/L2/L3 support or similar roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing network infrastructure projects involving Routing, Switching, Firewall, and IPS vendor management.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex projects and handle customer engagement effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills specific to enterprise network environments.
