About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers at the India Tech Center to execute and scale global customer education initiatives aligned with JLL's Accelerate 2030 strategic plan.
- Create, customize, and deliver both standard and bespoke product training programs for customers and internal teams, ensuring high instructional quality.
- Drive implementation of AI-powered content workflows and orchestrated learning journeys, monitor key metrics like course completion and training NPS, and collaborate cross-functionally to align training with product releases and customer outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience in a training leadership or managerial role overseeing instructional designers or corporate trainers.
- Experience designing, developing, and facilitating both standard and highly customized software product trainings.
- Proficiency with modern learning platforms (e.g., Skilljar LMS), digital guidance tools (e.g., Pendo), and instructional software/video editing tools (Articulate, Adobe, Clip Champ, Descript).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in a fast-paced SaaS or corporate environment with a focus on software product training and customer education.
- Skilled in project management with ability to handle multiple timelines, budgets, and scheduling at a team leadership level.
- Comfortable working remotely with global, cross-border teams and driving adoption of AI-powered training solutions and innovative instructional design technologies.
