About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training content and live virtual instructor-led training for employees, partners, and global customers focusing on JLL Technologies' core product suites.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and digital support platforms like Pendo to create and maintain e-learning resources, in-app guidance, and multilingual training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product experts and customer success to identify training needs, track enrollment data, collect feedback, and continuously improve content quality and customer onboarding journeys.

- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience as a trainer.
- Experience creating professional training content, manuals, and interactive guides in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with instructional design and video editing software such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe, or equivalents; and familiarity with digital adoption platforms like Pendo or similar tools.
