About This Role
- Manage and execute critical back-office and banking operations including CIP, OFAC processing, reconciliations, transactional processing, and issue resolution.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in operations while meeting productivity targets and service-level agreements.
- Analyze operational metrics and trends to proactively identify and resolve processing issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in banking operations and/or financial operations across multiple processing environments.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Work location: Bangalore, India.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant banking or financial operations roles.
