About This Role
- Lead and manage the IAM End User Operations team responsible for identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, reviews, and password management to ensure secure and efficient IAM services.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, integration with ITSM platforms, and enforce operational standards including SLAs and KPIs for service quality.
- Oversee incident management, compliance with security and privacy regulations (SOX, GDPR, PCI, NIST), and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to maintain platform health and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years IT experience with minimum 8 years focused on IAM operations and end-user services management.
- Experience leading teams responsible for IAM service delivery and identity lifecycle management.
- Work timings include availability between 06:00 AM – 11:30 AM Eastern Time (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST) for meetings; remaining hours flexible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven senior leadership in managing large-scale IAM operational teams within regulated environments, preferably financial services.
- Strong expertise with IAM platforms (SailPoint, Okta, Delinea, Beyond Identity, Microsoft Entra ID) and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM) in operational contexts.
- Experience with automation and DevSecOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD) to optimize IAM provisioning and operations.
