About This Role
- Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing including inputs, validations, payslip and tax document distribution, reconciliations, and maintaining payroll data in HRIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations such as Provident Fund, Professional Tax, TDS, and prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines.
- Support audit and documentation processes by maintaining accurate records and coordinating with auditors, finance, HR, and external consultants.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or MBA.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll, finance, and IT processes within a global organization.
- Proficient with ADP and Oracle/Tally payroll and finance systems.
- Deep knowledge of India Tax and Regulatory Compliance.
